Priests are in crisis
Our priests live with overwhelm, high pressure, and loneliness. What we’re doing to help them isn’t working. If we don’t act now, we risk losing an entire generation of leaders. So let’s partner together to build a stronger future for Catholic Priests and the Church.
We Renew Vocations
This isn’t just therapy. This approach is rooted in Church teaching and informed by sound psychological science. ILF is committed to building up strong, stable, and spiritually resilient priests.
Here’s how we do it:
Daily Accompaniment
An elevated form of spiritual direction and therapy, priests experience the healing and support they desperately need.
A Preventative Assessment
This proactive approach helps priests uncover challenges in their mental, emotional, spiritual and professional lives in time to receive early intervention support.
Ongoing Human Formation
A two-year formation certification equipping priests for the modern challenges of real life pastoral care.
Just $150 per month provides daily accompaniment to a priest in need of healing.
Early Impact, Eternal Promise
ILF’s mission is not just healing, it is to build a system of preventative care that strengthens priests before they burn out. Our effort has just begun. We need your help to continue supporting our priests and bishops in renewing their ministry.
Funding Needs
We need your help to scale this movement:
$12,500/month
provides daily Mentorship to 25 priests for one year.
$175,000
funds full deployment of the health assessment tool across pilot dioceses.
$1.5 million
sends 100 priests through the two-year CPMAP formation program.
